Contact us
Please include your app version, device model and what happened. Share a screenshot if useful. Do not send private journal entries, passwords or full payment details.
Manage a subscription
Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple’s instructions.
Restore access
In Tiho, open Settings → Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Your journal and data
No registration is needed. Your journal is stored on your device. Export a mood report from your profile, or open Tiho Settings to delete local data. For technical analytics and subscription information, read our Privacy Policy or contact us.
